No, geneticized does not mean default replacement. Geneticized means it has been assigned a number for inheritance purposes. For example, if an S1 Sim and an S2 Sim have a baby, the child can inherit any installed skintone with values between .2 and .4, including S1 and S2. In addition, towniefied means that newly created townies may have those skintones. The two are separate, but are usually combined by skintone creators.
Have you looked at Jwilson5's skintones at
http://www.insimenator.org (barbie) or
http://www.insimadult.org (anatomically correct)? Those are the ones I use, and are compatible with either the Maxis mesh or Warlokk's or BlooM's meshes. Not sure if she's got the colors you want, but there are some nice choices. The shiny ones are usually by Navatsea, and only appropriate for bodybuilders, IMHO.
FYI,
all skintones have black "eye holes." One is used for the inside of the mouth, the other for the meshed on eyelashes. The facial mesh "stretches" the texture above the eyes to color the eyelids. Outside of GoS, there are very few skintones/cosmetics that give the Asian eye lid appearance. Or did you mean something else by "lidless eyes"?
As for the big boobs and butts, those are primarily determined by the mesh. If you don't install a
default replacement mesh, your Sims will stay "Maxis shaped." Some skintones (Navatsea again) do have accentuated cleavage, which looks ok on the Maxis meshes, but looks horrible on the A-cup or Miana anorexic or androgeny meshes. I don't think anyone has bothered to fiddle with the shading to accent the butt shape.
