Use a screen cap program. There are tons around. Ones I have tried:
Irfanview:
http://www.irfanview.com/FRAPS:
http://www.fraps.com/Gadwin:
http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/I use Gadwin these days, because unlike the other two, it lets you use just Print Screen and not a key combo to capture an image. FRAPS is for games only, too, so won't work outside a game environment. I also occasionally use Thumbs Plus (the free version) but I find that Gadwin gives me the best result. Because of my graphics card and settings I end up with nice big 1280x1024 BMP files at a whopping 5MB each - they're very clear, and then I edit them down using Photoshop. Or you can set Gadwin to automatically size down images for you so you don't have to do it for each individual picture. Irfanview does that, too. Can't remember about FRAPS, but probably, too. Just be careful to turn off the option to capture the framerate when using FRAPS. Big yellow numbers in the corner of the screen cap = annoying. And you also need to remember to turn off capturing the cursor as well. But once you set it up how you want it, it's a matter of pressing a key combo or Print Screen.
